G.O.A.T Edition Extras not available?

I purchased the GOAT edition and have not received the add on bonuses it should come with. Anyone else have this problem yet ?

Did you purchase a physical copy of the game? If so, there is a code included with the game that you have to enter.

If you bought it digitally I can't help you, sorry.

I purchased mine digitally. I don't even know what I was supposed to get with the GOAT edition other than being able to play today, but after I ran my first MUT challenge I had a bunch of packs.

I'm at work so I cannot verify if there is a code inside my Madden 18 GOAT for PS4 or not. However, I preordered from Best Buy online and supposedly that entitles me to an additional Elite Player from favorite team as well as additional 5 squad packs. Where would I get these from? I ordered online and picked up in-store but I wasn't given a receipt for pickup....just a generic email that I picked it up with no code or anything.

What is the normal process to get you "store" preorder bonus?

If you picked up the physical version, there will be a piece of paper within the game case that will have the code that you need to redeem to receive your packs.

Got my physical copy at Best Buy today and there is a code inside the box for the GOAT Edition extras.

I purchased digitally on Xbox. They told me others have had the same problem and they would get back to me within 24 hours after a specialist looks into it.

But they did give My a choice of moss Lott or bo ! I took 83 overall moss but I didn't pay $80 for 83 moss and a few packs . I want what everyone else got !

My fault probably because I didn't pre-order it technically.

So I pre-ordered the standard edition for PS4, then after watching everyone stream the game and all, I had a change of mind. SO.... I log on to PSN and seen that they had the GOAT add on which still had the play the game early etc. So I purchased the add on, and nothing. It's not even in my purchase history for download on the PSN.com or the PS4 library, but it took the funds and is in my transaction history showing it was indeed purchased.

I got the goat edition and I didn't get my 1 of 5 card... I don't know where it's at smh
