How do you relocate the Raiders to Vegas? I'm playing offline CFM, and when you scroll through the cities Vegas is not one of them.

I remember the Devs saying Vegas was in this year, so what's up? My CFM is stuck here until I can figure something out, because I don't want them playing in one of the other cities.
