Depends on what you're looking for. I personally dont like to change it. It alters all the sliders. I used to use it at 90 but I realized for best balance between speeds its good at 50, especially while using Slow game speed. . Experiment with it and see what you like. Also take into account the game speed setting you're using. 75 may be good if you use Fast game speed.
