I'm not sure if anyone has talked about this in the entire thread. I'm trying to do a 32 team control franchise but everytime I try to start in week 1 of the regular season a bunch of wacky Free Agent signings and Practice Squad signings happen.

Is there any way to stop the CPU from doing this before I'm able to take control of all 32 teams?
