New Power 5 Dynasty

3* or less schools
3* outside of power 5 can be moved into the power 5 nearest in geography to them.
For instance - SDSU (if they are indeed 3* or less) could be moved into Pac 12.
Heisman sliders,* reasonable adjustments.
Coach start level 15.
2 Schools per conference. Will make conferences custom if absolute need be. Willing to allow more if members all agree. Or do conference realignment.
48hr adv schedule. Will advance sooner if need be. Will hold especially for user games or if you are active in FB chat and give us a fair time needed. The more active you are the better. No msg no warning within the 48 hrs will be advanced. This is going to be an active adv league.
No padding stats. CPU blow outs will be expected to sub in backups. When up by 24 or more points, first string players with multiple touchdowns should not be scoring garbage time TDs. Let's keep stats sim possible.
