Lowering qb accuracy doesn't just make them less accurate, it also seems to make them less aware of the field so they only see or make throws to a certain amount of options. The higher qb accuracy is, it makes them more accurate but also more willing to throw the ball in tight places or take more shots or see the field more and see more options.
