Did you / are you going to lower the ratings for the FA pool on the rosters that don't employ the ratings calculator?

The CPU tends to sign up all those guys that have default ratings, etc., which really changes the 53 Man going into Week One...

Lastly, is there a current ETA for the roster calculator version?
