Randolph didn't get any punishment from Silver because the charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. If it was a felony and he was found guilty, then he would've been hit with some sort of suspension. I found that doing a quick Google search, BTW.
And if you're going to bring up the punishments from off the court/field transgressions, the NFL is the worst example you can use considering they can't even get their own **** right.
