Did not receive myplayer preorder clothes

Has anyone else not received the pre order Shaq and Kyrie clothes for my player? I did receive all my VC promised, but no other in game items. Is there a trick to retrieving these? I have looked in the closet as well as in the NBA Store. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes I looked in the closet the only clothes I have are the ones I bought.

I know I've seen others with the issue, I just don't know how/if they resolved the issue.

I noticed in my game that the first MyCareer save has it, but the others don't

I got mine and I didn't even preorder. I bought it on Xbox store a couple days after the early release but before the normal release date and was still able to get the preorder stuff with the early release.

Yeah. I bought it on Xbox live and they had the preorder game. Just find it funny how they say we have to preorder games to get extra stuff and all that.

Are the preorder items supposed to transfer to secondary My Players? I decided after the Prelude I didn't like the build and when the actual game came out immediately made a new player. To avoid loading the wrong player I just deleted the original without knowing about the closet at your home. I finally remembered last night when I went to the playground and saw someone wearing a Shaq shirt that I didn't have it in my closet since I was more concerned about the MY Team preorder rewards and this is the 1st time I am actually playing in the park and Pro Am. Am I screwed out of the Shaq stuff?
