This kind of thing actually DOESN'T happen enough in Madden. There aren't many blown coverages. Mostly it's just player ratings winning, or the game making your player move to the left randomly for a few yards when you switch.
I would like to see the occasional blown coverage, as long as it looks REALISTIC (i.e. the defender not being disciplined in his assignment, rather than him randomly running to nowhere).
