Yes, but I've been using fatigue a bit lower around 65. I use formation packages to help with this versus sub in/out settings.
Well, I'd recommend keeping it where it is, but if you mean what would I recommend if you wanted to move up, I'd say go up by 2 or 3 at a time and track it over the course of a few games--don't make big changes after just a game or a few quarters.
