Ramik Wilson Finds New Home In Indy
Chiefs Send: LB Ramik Wilson and 2018 4th Round Pick
Colts Send: 2019 2nd Round Pick
With a ton of depth at the linebacker spot, the Chiefs decided to trade away talented MLB Ramik Wilson to the Indianapolis Colts for a 2nd Round Pick in 2019. The 25-year-old linebacker out of Georgia has seen fluctuating playing time in Kansas City this year, and the writing was on the wall after he played just a few downs in the 24-23 loss to the Washington Redskins. With a giant hole at the middle linebacker spot, Indianapolis decided to send a future 2nd Rounder away to acquire the former 4th round pick Wilson. Wilson has just one year left on his contract. He has 16 tackles, 1 sack, 1 forced fumble, and 1 interception on the year.
