I've tried searching reddit and here and can't find anything, so I'll go ahead and start this one up.

Julius Erving Jersey : Nets Away (Play 100 The One pickup games)
Julius Erving Jersey : Sixers Away (Chosen League - Win it/Finish ALL Tournament Objectives)
Allen Iverson Jersey : Sixers Away (Score 1,000 Points in Pro-Am)
Allen Iverson Jersey : Sixers Home (Finish 'The Answer' Challenge)
James Worthy Jersey : Lakers Home (Finish 'A State of Metta' Challenge)
Oscar Robertson Jersey : Royals Away (Jordan Crate - 15K per spin)
Dennis Rodman Jersey : Pistons Away (Grab 300 total Street Rebounds)
Hakeem Olajuwon Jersey : Rockets Home (Grab 200 Def Rebounds in street games)
Vince Carter Jersey : Raptors Away (Throw down 250 dunks in Pro-Am)
Steve Nash Jersey : Suns (Dish out 500 assists)
Bill Russell Jersey : Celtics Home (Grab 100 Offensive Rebounds)
Drazen Petrovic Jersey : Nets Away (Make 150 3 pointers)

Penny Hardaway Jersey : Magic (100 games of Live Run with 5 humans on your team)

About a 100 Street rebounds.

Got mines to 95 and hated the fact that I was only dunking on break always, so I made a slasher. Think I've unlocked every crate except for the assist, dunk and the crates that says win 5 games in a row on specific parks

crap dude! i have quite a few i just forgot where i got them from I wish i would have seen this earlier i would have contributed to the cause - I haven't checked but is there a way to go back to the events and see what the rewards are? if so then i'll see where i got some from.

I played with someone yesterday who had a purple (away) Dino Vince Carter . No idea how he obtained it though?

I've seen a Hakeem Home, Hakeem Away, and I'd kill for that Vince jersey mentioned above lol.

Updated and found out how to get the Hakeem home jersey.

About to complete 2 more rebounding objectives soon, I'll report what those crates have soon.
