No problem man. It can be a bit confusing. ALL-PRO is always most realistic, ALL-MADDEN is always most challenging. I would say, try my All-Pro set first, try at least 2 games so you see the variety of gameplay. I highly suggest using the Fast game speed with that set as stated, I made the slider set around that game speed setting, but you can always use whatever speed you like. Fast brings some challenge in reacting quicker and "Real NFL speed feel".
I've tuned both sets to be challenging and realistic in their own ways. I always prefer All-Pro over All-Madden, but the choice is yours. Try them both if anything.
