Follow the instructions from this post with proper tweaks regarding file names.

Hey there. Thanks for all your hard work! Really new to the scene. I'm confused about one thing. I don't have the qkl_patch.ast file when I was looking. I havent played the game yet because I wanted to do the mod first. Is it something that gets generated? Not sure where to get it. Thanks.

The file -qkl_patch.ast- is the official game update. Your device will download it automatically when you are on the LiveArea of this game and connected to internet.

That works for people with a game card or digital copy only (it should work also for those with the NoNpDrm plugin enabled and perhaps with the recent tool PKGi). However, it will not download any game update if you have only a dumped version of the game.

The issue is that I need to uninstall the (dumped/modified) game, install the original version of this game via (Q)CMA, then launch Vita same manager to update the game saves to finally get pfs-encrypted saves suitable for devices on OFW. I need to do it every time I release an update. It is a pain in the ...

For that reason the help of anyone with a hacked device AND playing with the original game is of great value to share roster/franchise updates for those with devices on OFW.

Probably yes.

First, you would need to start a new franchise with the week 9 roster update and save it. The second step is to get all your game saves from this game (including the new franchise file of course) via vita save manager (note that you need a hacked PS Vita). Third, export the PLAY table to csv from your new franchise file by means of Madden DB editor. Finally, load your old franchise file in Madden DB editor and import the PLAY table with the one you exported before (from your new franchise) and update your games saves through vita save manager as usual. That is it.

Probably you will need to also export/import (same procedure as above) the DCHT table from your new franchise file. It si mandatory to create a new franchise to export the PLAY table to another franchise file as the PLAY table from roster and franchise files are different.

If you do not have a hacked PS Vita, the help of a third person with a hacked device AND playing with the original game is unavoidable to edit your franchise file for you.

Yes, you can. However, you need another device on OFW 3.60 running HENkaku/enso and with the original (untouched version) game. Then, on the hacked device (on OFW 3.60) you load my rosters and finally backup the game (already with updated rosters) to your computer through (Q)CMA.

For the second part, you need to read how to use psvimgtools. That is all.

Of course, you can also update the game with my graphical patch to play on OFW 3.67. Note that game saves from dumped, modified and original versions of the game are not compatible between them. This means that game saves from dumped and modified versions will not work in the original (untouched) game and vice versa.

The file Madden-NFL13-PSVita-2017-WEEK13.zip is only useful for devices running in HENkaku.

The file Madden-NFL13-PSVita-2017-OFW.zip is only useful for devices running any OFW from 1.80/1.81 and above . This game save contains the following rosters: best of the best, 2014 preseason, 2016 SBLI, 2017 week 4 and 2017 week 13. For some reason I cannot upload and attach this file (4MB) to this post since January 1 2018. I hope this is only a temporary OS forum issue. Is anybody else having a similar experience?

so this wouldn't work with madden 13 vita 1.00? i seriously cannot find 1.01 update that works with henkaku enabled devices, no where to be found, and i see that in order to install graphical update it injects into the patch.ast file but i do not have that file, and i cannot skip that correct since the graphical updates use files from patch 1.01?

i beg anyone with henkaku enabled device and hard copy of madden 13 to please dump your update files via mai dump tool so we can finally have the madden 13 vita 1.01 update that fixes frame rate issues
