          Yeah so I can upload to franchise mode. That’s what I usually do on madden 16 and never bought madden 17.

                      Okay... well as far as I know downloading draft classes arent possible..

                          That is correct. The only thing we can do to have real life players is edit their fake/fictional draft classes in the game.
