Every single time I try a low cross (L2 and circle) to pass to a wing or attacker, the keeper collects it. I had to abandon it, even though it is an integral part of the game. Any solution for this?? Thanks for any help.

Re: low cross problems
If you're on PS4, L2+O is flair shot IIRC and not low cross. For low cross you need to double tap Square. -
Re: low cross problems
Sounds like you use alternate controls (same as me), on PS4?
Low cross I either double tap cross, or I find the new R1+Cross is excellent to ping a hard ball across the 6 yard box.Twitch: Goblue81188Comment

Seems to be just a good way to get a corner for me.

Re: low cross problems
Its the ball trajectory that is unnatural because crosses tend to swerve to the keeper all the time ..same goes for corners
My solution to executing dangerous crosses is to cross early before the defense is set and that the goal keeper is to far a way to come out punching or catching it ..this year its real tricky but ive been very succesfull with high crosses .
Low crosses are a different story same goes for high through passes ..the speed is just unrealistic and too floaty
In real soccer games a lot of high through passes are hard to catch up to for attackers but in fifa its always a floaty amimation which slows up both attacker and defender making them almost stop to anticipate the high through pass lol ....its ridiculous and far from real soccer situations .
You should be able to gain seperation on hight through passes wenn you catch the defender off guard but the worst thing they implemented is freezin the defender making him stare and stutter till the ball arrives in the attackers foot ...this is the worst thing ever programmed to balance out this issue . Many people dont even notice it and i havent seen it mentioned here ..dont interfere with user defense fifa that was a cheap move !Last edited by Hustler79; 10-29-2017, 02:13 PM.Psn : MORO79Comment

Re: low cross problems
I just started to experiment with the R1 + cross. I think it's called the driven cross? The double tap square/low cross still seems useless, but driven cross seems useful at times. Unlike the driven pass(which I use often instead as the low cross), the driven cross uses a curved trajectory that can find a teammate behind a defender. I recommend using the driven pass and driven cross instead of the low cross.Comment
