Mkharsh33 thats fine by me. I will be working till december then ill have enough time to update the overalls for all mlb level or AAA that made it to the show so as next year rolls through it will be easier to just adjust ratings when the updates get released.

As far as prospects are concerned we can shoot around ideas leading into next year.

The file is so good that it only needs little tweaks here and there and its gtg!

Thanks again JMC and Mkharsh33 for turning this project around when i joined in a few years ago. We did a fantastic job making this roster a legit run at the show lol.

I know this thread is all about the roster but just curious if anyone can tell me about classic stadiums for mlb2k13. I see the Polo Grounds in there but is there a way to unlock any others. Thanks!

Wow. This roster is so awesome. I am amazed at the attention to detail. It's got me wondering. Have you guys ever thought about creating a classic teams roster?

It's a TON of work. I did some stuff for MLB 2K11 - a complete 40 man roster for the 1995 season. I never finished it. I got all the teams done and players created, along with pitching staffs and batting orders. But never got to the player ratings edits. The research alone took forever. It would be fun, but man, it would take a LOT of guys doing a lot of work to pull something like this off. I was hopeful the 1995 roster I did for 2K11 would port over, but it wasn't able to.

I still have that roster and over the years have made some additions to it. I absolutely love that roster!

This should work...it's the 1995 roster for MLB 2K11. Full 40 man rosters. The only thing NOT done are ratings edits and batting stances and pitching motions. If that would convert to 2K13, that would be AWESOME!!!

Also, I am working on the current 2017 MLB 2K13 file. Last night I put about 2 hours into it. A LOT of ratings updates. It's stuff that won't be all that recognizable, but will really make the teams play a little more true to life. I'll work on it some more and then post it here within the next few short days. Thanks for the patience!

Yes. I'll see what I can do. I know almost all of the work was manual by finding a player in the minors that matched position, skin tone, and throwing side and editing them. There are a lot of teams that aren't rated but just player matched. Not sure if an editor would help the process or not?

I will see if I can post that roster or send it to you in an email. May be a couple days though.

The 1995 roster for 2011 is a great addition. The game improved slightly over the next two editions but I like that there is no restriction on the pitches you can use since 12 and 13 have that new pitching collar which detracts from the game IMO.

I am diligently working on the file. If all goes according to plan, I'll have a new one available by this weekend. It won't be perfect, but I've already done around 500 ratings edits to the previous file provided by jmc. It won't look like noticeable as the depth charts and everything else will be the same, but the under-the-hood stuff should enhance what a great file this already is. Thanks!

I worked on the file a LOT over the past few days. I've done hundreds upon hundreds of edits - and when I went to upload the zip folder the file was in, I could NOT get it to upload here. So, I'll do some more editing work and try another file in the next couple days. I'll keep you guys posted, but hopefully the next comment I make here is with the newly uploaded file. Please know it will NOT be close to perfect - this is taking a TON of time - but it will enhance what we are doing here. Thanks!

Great stuff! Thank you JMC and MK. This is awesome and it looks like 2k13 is going to go out with with a bang. Looking forward to the upload, just note this, if the Yankees make it to the World Series, I will be playing as LA and beating the Yanks behinds.
