So ordering from Best Buy or Amazon means release day is March 27? Damn, I really have to consider this since I get 20% off. Getting it 4 days early + 5 additional packs for preordering at GameStop vs saving $12 using Best Buy GCU or Amazon Prime discount for standard edition.Comment

I thought about it as well, but the problem is I'm weak and have no self control...
So, I'll continue to hold out hope that this offer extends to Best Buy, but if not, I'll get it from GameStop.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I hope so as well, but I doubt it since GameStop seems to have a great relationship with SDS (or is paying SDS enough money for the exclusives) to be the only retailer to sell the Hall of Fame Edition last year and now the All Rise Edition. I might just get it at GameStop.Comment

for me to buy this game this year there going to have to do an awful lot and i mean an awful lot. all these different versions, play the game early, blah blah blah... all i see in video gaming is money grab now.Stuff that shoulda been in-game previous, is held back for a new coat of paint on the new game, its not just this game, its all games thats coming out. one company said heyyyyy lets give incentive to release the game early ( they'll buyyyy it for sure) now every company follows suit. the request we ask for hardly ever make it in the game, or its also held up with some kind of rule or regulation, or license problem, its always something... it aint np though me handing over my money though... i said i wasn't buying any more titles unless i see true innovation and i mean it...tired of giving my money to half sliced pie! yep i said it... dont be fooled...Last edited by StormsWarning; 11-07-2017, 12:04 AM.I stream a variety of video games for relaxation and fun.

To be honest I will need to see if the fields, players, and graphics have improved at all before I drop another 80 or 100 or whatever it is. If this still looks like a stale game there is no way they are getting my money.
The colors in this game are in need of a big overhaul if you ask me. I am hoping HDR has lent them some inspiration to get a more realistic look.Comment

Pre-Order online and Digital Deluxe I didn't even really play 17 at all. will make up for that this winter going into 18. I may play only Offline franchise, however, i do need cards to sell to help me get some capital for my upcoming franchise. Now the only question will be what team to play as and to go default rosters, or OSFM. Then to go Fantasy draft or real-life team...

Can't wait for this game. I don't need any fancy versions or special "editions." I don't play online or play any in-game games. I don't even know what those packs are for or what they do.
I just do a fantasy draft and play for a couple months to get used to the game. Once OS drops their roster, I plug it in and play a couple full seasons (all games) until the season ends. After the season, I upload the end of season or post trade deadline version and play a full season during the off season.
I love this game as is. I don't need any special edition or chasers. Can't wait to give them my money again in March.Comment
