LATEST UPDATES (LINKS Below): NCAA 13: (PS3+Xbox360) 2017-2018 roster conversions

Ok,Both Roster Ports (Offline Files) have been updated for both consoles! [PS3 and XBOX360]
-Vikesfan most recent PS3 roster 11-5-17 in below post.

-I made Bob's Sept file with latest "port"for PS3 NCAA 2013 of the 10-24-17 PS3 Vikesfan ps3 NCAA 2014Roster for everyone. But it is only available offline since I do not own a PS3 (File has same SEPT labels as Bob's previous file, so you can just rename your file to something else when you transfer it to your PS3). I did not transfer latest Teams data, nor depth charts, so you will have to adjust them as needed.
-1st File is for PS3 NCAA 13 as offline file.
-2nd File is for Xbox360 NCAA 2013 as offline file.

New Update from 11-5-17 file!
VIKESFAN NCAA 14 PS3 ROSTER PORT to NCAA 13:
Based on Bob's previous PS3 Vikesfan 2017-18 NCAA 2013 conversion, so it has his past depth chart fixes.
Now reflects latest PS3 offline file from NCAA14 Player data from 11-5-17.
(Port for Both Consoles -PS3 & Xbox360 + Latest CFPlayoff Poll #2!)
-First File is for PS3
-2nd File is for Xbox360
note: since I don't own a PS3, depth charts may be wrong where new edits were made by Vikes in the NCAA 14 edition, and you will have to fix them manually. Same depth chart problems may also be in xbox roster, since I didn't edit them.
Enjoy the latest Vikesfan converted roster!

As usual: thank Vikesfan and his team of editors for all the updates!

Can you download the rosters to PS3 without EA Locker?

I just got 13 because 14 is nearly impossible to get, not realizing EA shut down the servers and wanted the updated rosters.

If someone could tell me how to use the offline file for PS3, I would appreciate it.

Really appreciate you doing this! NCAA 13 is the latest college football game that I own (I don’t feel like paying $40 for NCAA 14). So I really hope you continue to do this! Thank you!

Ive been trying to transfer new rosters to my xbox 360 for days now. im using a toshiba external hard drive formatted using my xbox, and modio 5. i did get one file to update roster names but it was ncaa 13 default rosters but with names only (iowa QB was still Sr QB #16). any help would be great, thanks!

I know that roster share got deactivated due to the servers being taken down, but do you suppose there will be anyone working on the next season’s rosters?

(Use Method 2 since these roster files after extracting are 1.36mb in size)
Use Modio 3. I have it in the guide. Also when browsing for NCAA13 roster save file on your hard drive it will be located here:

Usually Komikozibob makes the first conversion from the newest NCAA 14 Vikesfan roster. Then I use his save file as a base to make more updates to his PS3 roster and a port for Xbox360. But every year will be dependent on whether we have free time to keep doing this. So if something crazy happens then we may not be able to make the ports any more. I tried laying out a guide for anyone else to make the conversions themself in case that ever happens.>>https://forums.operationsports.com/f...34&postcount=6

Is there a way to mod the current rosters without porting a NCAA 14 modded roster?

Say like taking last year’s roster.

If there is how would you do that?

Not sure exactly what you want to do, do you want to edit names etc using an Editor instead of ingame?
if so, you can take NCAA dynasty editor and open a PS3 Save file or xbox 360 file contents Roster file and edit names, faces, & jersey #s within editor and save it within editor. (I don't think you can change attributes properly without some odd behavior eg. an attribute changes the overall rating on the fly; the editor does not change ratings on the fly like in game.)

I suck at tech stuff for the most part, but usually can figure it out just by toying with something long enough.

I’d like to be able to mod rosters in excel using the PS3 file, I just don’t know how to do so.

Can you mod NCAA 13’s files to generate this year’s roster without the painstakingly difficult process of having to do it one by one on the game itself?

I’d probably have at least Michigan’s roster done if I knew how to do so.

I might be able to get it started a conversion/port from ncaa14 vikesfan 2018-19 (I don't own a PS3, so it would be untested). I didn't want to try it until more teams are completed (only 25 or so teams were completed out of 120+). Also I'm out of town away from my Xbox & PS3 files for the next 2 wks so cannot try it right now.
If I made it I would use Bob's last ps3 file conversion as base to paste new data into and my own Xbox conversion as base for that system.

OK I made a conversion of my modded Vikesfan 2018-19 (WIP)season roster from NCAA 14 to NCAA 13.
-----FOR PS3 & XBOX 360.
(Tested working! Buy ymmv; may freeze in dynasty mode & all Team Depth Charts require manual or auto Fixing.)

Only 35+ teams were completed by Vikesfan Team + my Mod, so thank them for all their hard work. Coaches likeness were not ported (Just their names and ages);All player data was ported 100%.
The other teams will only be completed very gradually throughout the Summer/Fall 2018.

I picked up the game yesterday since it has rosters and isn't as unreasonably priced as 14.

I'm pretty happy with it.

Thanks so much for all the work on this man. Just picked up the game and a new PS3 yesterday as I've been itching to play. Hope there's more updates from the team as the new season gets closer!!
