I do know these are NFL/Madden Covers, but it's the most recent active football cover thread I've found.

By any chance, does someone know where I can find this NCAA Football 18 cover template?
(picture below) I happened to see it on Instagram.

I've looked myself searching on the internet, but didn't find an origin or backtrack trace.
