I know people complain about the AI not playing to ratings, but I wonder if something in sim mode is making them play "too much" to ratings (i.e. AWR ratings or QB traits are overruling basic game logic to such a degree that it is intentionally making the QBs dumb, or somehow freezing the AI decision tree).

Or the sim mode is just partially broken right now . . .
