Any Other PC Football Sims Besides Strat?

I know of Strat and Second and Ten. Any other realistic football sims out there that are realistic? I only care about real players and gameplay.

I used love the Strat board game as a kid.
FOF is a great management game while Action is a fun game gameplay wise. You can get pretty good discounts this time of year. I bought decades of seasons for $120 and sometimes you can get around 20% off.

Now that my kids have taken over the ps4 Ive migrated first to PC games--specifically Action and then Second and Ten. However within the past year Ive gone entirely back to cards and dice with Second Season, Inside Blitz, Mean Gene's and APBA. Takes me longer to play a game or project but Im off the computer and find it very relaxing.

Front Office Football is the best.

But there's also Draft Day Sports Pro Football and DDS College Football

And theres Bowl Bound College Football

I'm making an Android game that's a college football text-sim as well. It's based on source code from another game that I've heavily modified and expanded: https://github.com/minotauri/CFB-Coach
Huskies. Seahawks. Arsenal. Sounders. Sonics. Mariners.

There are quite a few active "draft" leagues around for Action PC football.

Many of these leagues have different rules, but basically you play the role of coach/gm and play out the games live online head to head with other owners. In the league I'm in we have a live 8 round draft for incoming rookies (can't use them until next year when they accumulate stats), free agent biddings, salary cap, lots of trading between owners including draft picks, player contracts and more.

So, while you may not be able to sim season after season like other manager games, you do get to watch your drafted rookies and high price free agents either succeed or fail in real time during a NFL season from year to year. It does take some dedication, but for me it's completely worth it

I'm in a simulation league that that uses the Action PC Football software. It's Fantasy Football on steroids for the most part.

                    Come Join the NAAFL!!!

If you like fantasy football, but you're looking for something a little more realistic and hardcore, you just might be interested in the North American Action Football League (NAAFL).

(Please read all of this for a complete understanding of the league)

What is a simulation league you ask? Well, it's fantasy football on steroids. In this league, each team is responsible for managing a full 53 man roster. This includes managing a salary cap, drafting rookies and free agents, trading players, and creating and submitting game plans for each game. This isn't your Grandma's Fantasy Football League.

There are 4 divisions In this league and 2 divisions in each conference. The divisions are named after some of the best players ever to play in the NFL and all of them are Hall of Fame players.

                    Dick Butkus
                    Lawrence Taylor
                    Walter Payton
                    Jack Lambert

In the NAAFL, there are 20 teams and owners. Owners can also have staff members, as designated below, to whom they will delegate out responsibilities and help manage their team. We are always looking for more members to participate as owners and staff members.

If you are lucky enough to be chosen to own a team in the NAAFL (when one becomes available) you have complete freedom to change the team name, location, and logo. Additionally, there are a few rules set aside for new ownership to help you start off on the right foot. HOWEVER, even if there are not any teams available for ownership, there are always looking for assistance in the form of a General Manager, Head Coach, or Team Adviser.

                    Team owners

Owners are strongly encouraged to allow other members to help contribute to their teams. Owners can hire staff members to help your team. Here are all positions that are recognized by the league:

Team Owner - Only 1 allowed (No co-owners)
                    GM - Only 1 allowed (No co-GM's)
Head Coach - Only 1 allowed (No co-coaches or position coaches) cannot submit Trades
Team Adviser - Unlimited number, however, Advisers have no direct contact with the league as far as Game plans or trades being submitted.

Owners are not required to fill all of those positions. Some teams are comfortable with just 1 person on the team while others have 4-5 members of their team.

Owners will always have the final say on their team, and have the right to hire and fire any message board member to participate on their team. Any owner who abuses this power in any way will be stripped of the ability to do so. Also, there should never be any money exchanged for any reason, and if anyone is caught doing anything along those lines, the owner and the parties involved will be excluded from league participation.

Here is a quick rundown of the league:

League consists of 20 teams with a full 53 man roster
Both rookie and free agent drafts are held each year
There is a Salary Cap of $125,000,000
We submit game plans and roster lineups for each game
The top 5 teams in each conference make the playoffs
You are asked to contribute to the NAAFL forum to help make the league thrive (This is important, and required)

I've got both Strat and Action PC. I bought them for their NCAA rosters. I prefer the design of Action PC. The playbooks are more diverse. I ran a college football playoff with 128 FBS teams from 2017. Oklahoma won. The games can be simmed pretty quickly. Conferences and schedules can be rearranged. Player photos and team logos can be added to improve the presentation in both games.

This may have been a better thread to post this question in.

Anyone know of a text sim football game that let's you edit the boxscore after a game in franchise mode? I'd like to play the games with allpro football and then enter the score and stats in the text sim and run a franchise that way.
