Same as UFC 2, low block for both body and head knees.

honestly i think you did a good job (the striking is cool) but its obvious EA ****ed you guys and rushed the whole game. i feel bad for you guys tbh EA ruined a good thing. i hope another publisher gets the rights to UFC and maybe you can work for them instead

The blocking assignments are so wacked I had to remap the buttons to get a good configuration. Especially for the 2 handed block

now i got the block like it was and both modifiers on the left side
To confusing to say the least

yeah breaking R1+R2 habit will take a little getting used to. I keep eating shots now and then holding R1 tryin to block high

Correct. It's the exact same as EA UFC 2. Low block to block knees. Except you're using the UFC 3 control scheme now. L2+R2

Knees seem very overpowered this time around. And I was the one arguing with these mooks about how the clinch was fair and balanced in UFC 2. Work needs to be done tweaking the damage. You guys should leave the ground game and clinch and subs relatively untouched only fixing numbers.

Is it timed now? I can't block a damn knee to the head nothing lol.

It's not timed, you block knees with low block (R2+L2). It was confusing to me as well at first because R2 used to be low block
