    Creating Jon Gruden

What playbook would be most similar to the playbook Jon Gruden ran in the 2000s with the raiders in madden 18?

For real man. Thanks for this. Some of the more informative stuff about playbooks I’ve seen on here. A great recipe for custom playbooks. If you have more stuff like this, please share. I’ve looked, found some, but nothing this solid.

Awesome stuff.. Chuck Bresnahan was the Defensive Coordinator during the winning years of the Gruden's Raiders; anyone know which M18 4-3 playbook would best match his game plan? Essentially I am trying to find out which front he preferred in nickel.

425 Over, or Nickle Normal as Madden calls it.

Bresnahan is a very much of the Marvin Lewis lineage. Conservative, bend-don't-break zone, lots of single high (though I imagine cover 2 was a bigger part of his gameplans back in '02). With the resurgeance of the cover 3, I imagine most 4-3 playbook would cover him fairly well. Just ignore anything "press" or "match" and you've pretty much got him.

There are two types of people on OS: Those who disagree with me, and those who agree.

The first kind is wrong. The second is superfluous.

There is really not much difference in most of the 34 or 43 playbooks. Some are virtually identical
