Online problem

I literally cannot seem to get a game online recently.
As soon as the game is about to start, this pops up:

"A problem has been encountered that prevents gameplay from continuing. This game will not be counted."

Happened last ten times, i even got a 1 loss(My Team) despite message saying otherwise.
Now i tried opening all of the ports that 2k support suggest, but no luck...
Anyone else with similar problem?Any other solutions besides port forwarding thing?

It's weird because it happens only when i try to play Supermax.
Play Now online and Pack and Playoffs, the other two online modes that i play, work just fine.

Its not working for me either. I don't even see anyone else at all

I can find a game, just cannot play due to a aforementioned error.
Just played 6-7 matches of Pack and Playoffs, got kicked out only once.
But Supermax is impossible to play, right after the tip-off i get the error every single time...
