Inbounds plays! Post your favorite! - Operation Sports Forums

Hey everyone,

We’re excited to announce that we have launched our own official Operation Sports app. It’s available on the iOS App Store and in the Google Play store:

For those of you who have been around these parts for quite some time, you might know we’ve had an app before, but the Tapatalk app was not “official” and was only a way to look at the forums on your phone. However, when the forums changed in any way, it would make that app a bit unwieldy/buggy.

It was still better than nothing, and we’re grateful it lasted as long as it did, but we did not have much control over it or ways to update it. With our own official app, we’ll be able to actually release app updates that can include new features and bug fixes.

On the app, you will be able to scope out both the front page and the forums. Since this is only the start of the app, we are aware of many known issues, particularly around the forums, and we plan to add more to it in the future based on your feedback. In addition, it may take a little longer than usual when you log-in for the first time, but it should not be the case after that initial log-in. With all that in mind, we’ll have a spot on Discord where you can provide feedback.

For example, I want to add more to the forums side of things so you all have more options when making posts and threads on the app, and I want you to more easily be able to navigate large threads with many pages of posts.

As always, we can’t do any of this stuff without you all, so thanks again for the continued support. This app along with the Discord are a couple of the steps we have taken recently to try and bring this community together in as many ways as possible, and we plan to deliver even more on that front in the months ahead.

OMG they did such an amazing job extending and creating new inbound plays. So if you could post a video of your favorite inbound play.

I get so shocked when people use use Inbound plays. Some of these new one's awesome!!

I really suck at inbounds plays because I can't practice them. Is there anyway to do that?

It should be part of the practise plays feature, but it's not

Yes just apply them to a roster. And then go into practice mode. You'll see all the plays. I can upload a roster if anyone is too lazy lol. There are 3 post plays called punch. The others are Base or Side. You can't miss it.

No just got to practice plays mode. And then the players will practice the play you called. I just remove all normal plays and put only inbound Plays.

These are the plays. They are in Low post, Mid range and 3 pointer.

It was hard for me to figure out about 2 years ago too lol. It's super easy to set up.

So I was checking my roster. The only problem is that the Sixers would only have the changes. Sorry guys I'm not going through all the teams.
I'll upload tonight. But again it's easy to set for yourself. Just go to the rosters pick a playbook of the team you want to use. And then remove all the plays they have. And then add these.

Base means baseline
Side means Sidelines

One nice thing they added. Is it you call the play at the right time. The ref won't inbound the ball until the players are set. You'll notice in the below clip. I call time out because the players didn't get the play until late. So I call timeout to reset the play and get them in the right position. Even though I didn't run the full play. It's nice to know what your outlet or options are during a inbound play.

Always remember the most dangerous player on an inbound play is the freaking inbounder. Lol

Yeah that's fine if you only did one team. I just want to be able to practice them so I can use them in Myleague during games.

Each team gets 50 plays, but they should make it so that each team gets their 50, plus 10 OOB plays.
