I would actually have to go with Fast Willie Parker who I remember using a lot in my high school days of playing madden.

He was pretty much unstoppable for me in Madden 07, 08, and 09. If you could bounce him outside or get him in space he could outrun everybody. Running behind Alan Faneca on short yardage situations always felt like a guaranteed first down or a touchdown at the goal line. Loved the Steelers running game and Oline during those years.
