Dude they have gotten away without fixing a lot of things on their sports titles! The PS2 era was the last great era for EA sports games IMO. You had Madden 2005 and MVP Baseball 2005. It is a game breaker for me personally. If they fix it.....I will pick up 18 again. But make no mistake. 18 is my last Madden. I have lost all faith that EA will allow their developers to make a football game with passion for the offline franchise player. We are being cut loose. No problem. Se La Vee.

both those games on ps2...and gave us create a stadium features...

yet madden now only gives us the same crappy pre built stadiums every single year...pre built unis....we get zero customization..


1 thing that really bugs me about madden because im strictly a sim franchise player is how inflated their ratings are...

we got a scale of 0-100 yet it seems like 95% of players are rated between 70 an 95..

average length of an NFL player is what.....3 years??

if sooo many players were truly as good as a 75 ovr would indicate on a scale to 100....that lifespan woulf be sooo much longer.

it takes soo much out of the realism aspect...players are just given high ratings....and what's worse...they dont matter...

there still is zero benefit as a user to running the ball with gurly or zeke vs a rb rated in mid 70s.

same.goes for qb..

they really need to fix their infalted ratings and make them matter.
