Name the one Franchise feature you want added the most

I was thinking this could be fun and will make us think about options we want the most. I will have a few rules for this thread. After this has been up for a few weeks I'll try and come back to update the main post with the top new franchise features listed. So yes, you're one can be something already named.

Below are the very simple rules for this thread.

1. No attacking someone's suggested feature. Everyone has different levels of importance of these items. Please respect that.
2. Yes, if your most important feature has already been named, name it again. I plan to put together a list of the ones most mentioned in this thread so repeat suggestions are welcome.
3. Try to limit yourself to just one suggestion. If you must post more than one do it in a second comment.
4. Have fun and think of what you truly want the most to be added to Madden 19 Franchise mode.

My most important want for Franchise mode is custom draft classes. I'm sure a lot of folks aren't as high on this as I am but I really want to edit the classes and create my own prospects to draft.

Removal of ‘characters’ such as coaches and owners as a mechanic for what teams users control. Doing this would allow for much more straightforward multi-team control. So the ‘add’ is really more a better feature for multiple team control.

The one franchise feature I want most is basically a gameplay feature. But since Franchise is a single player experience, and the single player experience in this game is ruined by the game becoming too easy on All Pro and nearly impossible on All Madden for many people, I’ve wanted to see them for years institute separate difficulty levels for offensive and defensive play, much like NCAA used to. That would allow players to stick with their franchises longer, if they can find a difficulty combo that fits their level of challenge better.

Custom draft classes was #1 request.

I'll piggyback on what others have said to add custom SHAREABLE draft classes. It would also be nice to have the option to make dev traits, projected round, and ratings variable so that no draft class is the same - even if it has the same players.

Counter offers for trades and contract negotiations.

Now I don't want to go down the whole trade logic rabbit hole. I don't care about 'fixing' situations where you can bundle a few high draft picks and nab Aaron Rogers. Shame on you for even trying. (EDIT: Although now that I think about it, a trade override feature would be nice for offline CFM. I do like playing in outright sandbox mode sometimes... and forcing player movement can be part of that)

Primarily interested in the CPU making counter offers, not just the weird interest meter or "I like the length. That's what she said. But I need more money" vague quotes. Offer a 75 OVR veteran FS that is a position of need, maybe the CPU comes back and asks for the 71 OVR rookie FS instead. Things like that. Instead of just trial and error-ing your way to success, which is the current system.

Sorry, I'm going for 2, these are equally important to me;

1) FULL roster editing. No more copying over players.

2) As with MLB The Show, Madden needs year-to-year roster ports. Roster makers shouldn't have to redo their work every year, and the community would have a MUCH larger roster base to enjoy.

I want MyLeague from NBA 2K. It has customization to be able to pretty much Create your Own League, where you can create teams/logos, add/replace teams, re-align conferences and more.

But if I can only pick one thing, I'd probably go with Draft classes. I like making guys that will be in my Franchise to develop.

Improved cpu roster management logic

Restricted free agents, fifth year options, exclusive rights free agent and more variety in draft classes (qbs with trucking, fast tes that are shorter, rbs more variety, etc). If the game had those free agency options, cpu roster management would be a little better imo.

2) addition of coaching and training staff ... each with an impact on progression and possibly gameplay via practice... also fully editable
