What is Penalty Modifier in Single Player Championship

I have been playing the game without incident for the past 4 days, tonight when I went to play in SPC , I am getting hit with a "Penalty Modifier" that is equal to whatever the coin total I earned was. Example my last fight was 551 coins , 500 for KO etc and at the bottom in red it says Penalty Modifier -551 and coins awarded me was 0 .

I found some old posts on here about PM in UFC2 but it talks about playing the same opponent over and over (which I looked in my fight history wasn't the case and mentioned DNF and Quitting , which I've done neither.)

I have no desire to play Ultimate Championship against other human players, I enjoy the solos and playing SPC where its more realistic and not children spamming moves over and over (just not my cup of tea no offense)

So did they make it so you can't play SPC and get coins now?

Well Yes, prior to tonight when it suddenly started this penalty modifier , I was getting between 700-800's for wins (depending on the various factors of the fight)

But as of now, it takes away all the coins I earned in the fight and lists a
- Penalty Modifier

So in effect, yup I get nothing (but the Xp toward leveling up)

Perhaps ushering / leasing us back to spend real money?

I've noticed that when I play offline UT I keep fighting the same exact fighters over and over. For example when I pick my gold GSP I only fight GSP or Anderson Silva. It makes the mode get really stale. I haven't noticed a penalty modifier yet though.

what division are u in? just wondering if when u hit a certain division it stops u earning.
I know certain multiplayer games limit the amount of currency u could earn from single player so u dont have a big advantage when u go into multiplayer, hoping this is just a bug

Just the 2nd , I have about 150 fights , and under a 2 to 1 win ratio. Before you parade hate lol I didn't claim to be good

Strange. I got to DIV3 without any penalty. I like that I'm getting beat up several times so far, whereas in EAUFC2 it was dull and boring if you just put everything on one superfighter. Now items are shared and fighters in general are a lot stronger.

You claimed you played the game non-stop. Maybe you've played too much and there's a cap in how many coins you can grind each day? They should've mentioned that. I spread out my UT sessions over a week.

So I paid 80$ for a game that they get to decide how frequently I play?? Then they have a leaderboard with a guy over 1000 wins and no losses , that sounds legit ... (I have like 39K and spent maybe another 30K and 20$ USD)

Do EA devs use this form any more or how do I contact someone? It's pretty sad and if this is how its going to be you can have the game back.

If it is in there as a coin limit that is a SERIOUS problem, but it may be there an an anti-cheat measure. I believe previously it was a penalty for facing the same person too often or having a low DNF (did not finish). Did you play a few of the same people or have any disconnects?

Its a SERIOUS problem.

I have never quit as I previously stated, It's the computer (why just why smh)
As for the actual player , no I've not been matched up against the same person twice (that I have seen anyhow) but lets pretend I was , hows that my problem when ITS EA matching me up against some random persons COMPUTER fighter?

It's not like this penalty modifier last one or 2 fights, It was well over 8 hours yesterday then this afternoon I got on and was able to play for about an hour and a half and it went right back to PM.

(something else I just noticed is the 200 coins you get from the daily token packs, it adds 200 then when you get to the HUD if you look it goes into a red -200 .... )

I'm really trying to be polite here, but do they not test this stuff before selling it to the public for 80$???

Honestly the only devs I see respond here are GPD and Skynet. They both claim to have no part in Ultimate Team. I would try to contact EA. Let us know what you find out.

will test this out, gonna spend most my time in single player and will let u know once i reach 100+ fights. Might be awhile
