Long time reader here, I love MyLeague and all the freedom it gives you to create the game you want to play whether it be player Lock or as the whole league.

Basically I went 44-38 and got the 6 seed to play Washington in the 1st round. I just a pretty epic series, just won it 4-3.

Game 1: The best 2K game Ive ever played. Came back from 21 down in the 3rd quarter to beat them 112-109. Beal had 27 and Wall 23 and 11 but both were inefficient. Redick had 27 including 7 3s, Embiid had 26 13 and 5 blocks.

Game 2: I could not hit a shot. I went at 38%.

Game 3: Another beatdown. They won 111-85, I only got 2 off rebounds and they killed on TOs. Wall had 23 and 10.

Game 4: This looked bad when I went down 64-56. But I eked out a win. Simmons had 17-14-7. Wall had 36 and 11 and tried to end my season.

Game 5: This was not a quality game. Wiz won 84-80. I shot 38% and both teams combined for 35 TOs. No player scored 20.

Game 6: I won comfortably, Embiid with 22 and 16.

Game 7: Simmons played the best game of the series with 23 points, 13 boards, 8 assists and 6 steals. Lou Williams was the closer 27 points including 2 very cheeky 3s at the end to let John Wall know what time it was.

Series stats were I scored 97ppg, gave up 98.3ppg. Shot 44.2% from the field and 35% from 3.

Embiid 22 ppg, 13rpg, 2.6 bpg on 54% shooting.
Redick avged 18.1ppg on 41.4% from 3.
Lou Williams avged 14.9ppg but shot at 39.8%.
Simmons avged 14ppg, 9.7rpg and 6.9apg and 3 spg but only shot at 45.9%.
Saric had an awful series. 3.3ppg on 18.2% shooting and 5.6% from 3 (1/18)

One really good thing for me is that the draw has opened up. I was supposed to play Milwaukee next round, and they'd beaten me 4-0 during the year. Somehow they lost to NY and Ill play them now. I smashed them during the regular season.

Hey guys... I’m new to this thread.. I’ve fooled around with a couple different myleagues but can’t get comfortable with a continuous one. Currently I’m doing one with the Nets, I started playing “today” a couple weeks ago. As I was not trying to make it a realistic franchise, I traded a lot of guys away and created a player whose a scorer. Basically trying to rebuild around Russell and my created player, Griffin Banks..

With the way the Cavs season is going this year, the next time I get the chance to sit down I’m gonna start up a myleague with the cavs and try cleaning house. Go into full rebuild mode. Just something different to do. Hopefully get some early picks and key prospects for Lebron, IT, Love, etc.

I’m a big fan of their uniforms, just not a big LBJ guy. I’ll try to keep you guys updated on how it goes!!


ANNNND literally as I’m writing this the Cavs just traded IT and Frye to the Lakers for Clarkson, Nance and other pieces. Woah.

I've seen a couple of people mention about players not progressing. Have you guys checked the peak start age for some of those guys? That could be holding you up from getting your guys to progress

Yes go to edit player go to vitals and scroll down to healthy change that to torn acl out for 365 days

Not being able to delete Chris Bosh from the roster irks me when playing start from today in my league. Just always weird seeing a team sign him when he’s no longer in the league.

I am in the year 2030 with my Pistons MyLeague. I mostly sim because I like seeing how my team progresses from year to year and trying to build the best team possible. I also enjoy seeing what happens with the rest of the league as I go. Overall I love the mode, I think it's the best sports franchise mode.

Along the way I have adjusted some things to keep the league as realistic as possible. I adjusted shooting and touch tendencies to keep the scoring leaders around 30 ppg and the top twenty scorers or so with at least 20 ppg. I raised the tendencies of players with the best scoring ratings and lowered their teammates' tendencies, mostly the defensively oriented ones. This did not take very long to do and was very effective. I found the other individual stats to be within "normal" limits. I did not look at the others extensively, but nothing really jumped out as being off.

The team ppg also declined since year one. It has not declined to a ridiculous level, but to the level team scoring was at maybe about 15 years ago. This is not that big of a deal to me, but does anyone know of a way to get team ppg up a bit? If I had to guess, I would say it is a pace issue, not fg%. Would changing coaches' systems do the trick? Or changing more coaches' strategies to shoot at will? Thoughts?

So we cant add players to teams after theyve been waived? Im trying to put Wright and Iso Joe on Houston and I keep getting "player only can resign to current value"

You have to wait two days so the player clears waivers before you can sign him to a team.

Had a really fun game last night against the Bulls last night was back and forward all game but it felt real when the Bulls in the last 2-3 mins just couldn’t make a shot it like how a young team would struggle it was fascinating anyway check the sig for the latest update
