First off it’s awesome that this community keeps NCAA 14 alive! Thanks to everyone who puts in the work on the roster to keep it going!
I’ve been creating a rating system for new recruits and JUCOs over the last 4 years for a fair rating system among all recruits. I started doing this project when working on the rosters the last few years I noticed inconsistency in rating new recruits. 3 Star prospects were rated 81 OVR and 5 stars rated below a 74 OVR. Below I have the rating system that I have been using and have been modifying it every recruiting class. I base it off of the 247 composite ratings so that it pulls in rating from every website.
