I just started a new CFM with starting point at the beginning of 2017 season before the preseason w a buddy.

He chose the chiefs, and Kareem Hunt is only rated a 75, updated rosters he is a 87. I updated the rosters right before starting the CFM, so I'm curious if Madden tunes the rosters when choosing "Real life rosters"? Should I just uodate my rosters and theb choose "custom rosters"?
