i have done this a few times in UT but that was against people who just kept on spamming takedowns and clinch and refused to even try striking. Anyone decent just mixes up their takedown and clnch attempts with strikes or movement and dont just spam one then the other. If they're pre denying td and u try to clinch u should know its easy for them to deny clinch that is on u as u can see they're hands are down and should just punch them in the face.
