Seriously though, Asuka hasn't actually announced who she's facing yet. I wonder if they are planning something like her just jumping over to SD. Empress vs Queen title match? Alexa keeps talking about how Nia deserves title match, so maybe that ends up happening the moment Asuka reveals she's facing the SD champ?

So far, looks like other matches on the card could be:
Miz vs Rollins vs Balor
Sasha vs Bayley
Wyatt vs Hardy
HHH/Steph vs Angle/Rousey

and of course Cena going to SD to find his WM opponent(maybe Undertaker still happens? Would be fitting if we have Cena vs Taker being a SD feud)

When Alexa was talking about how Nia deserved to be in the title match last night, I thought Asuka might say she's challenging Charlotte and then Nia would get the match vs Alexa, but now Asuka seems too entrenched in the feud with Alexa to change shows

Well I know one thing, nothing builds up a match better than having no idea what the match is until 3 weeks out from WM. That long term build.

I just want to see Brock have a great match. He is truly one of the greatest WWE superstars ever when he's on and I think Roman can pull it out of him.

I think what we'll see is this. Charlotte defeats Ruby at Fast Lane, Asuka's music plays and she comes out and officially chooses Charlotte for her Mania match. All of what they are doing with Nia right now is to build her up as a credible opponent for Alexa at Mania.

Build up both superstars again so the match can have meaning.

Bayley this week on Raw was the most character she's shown since being called up. IMO, she was the star of the womens division in NXT. I thought that as good as the "womens revolution" was, once Bayley was finally brought up to the main roster, it'd just get bigger and better. Unfortunately, WWE writers messed her up. Even Sasha has been messed too. Can't even retain a title.

If Asuka goes to SD, then I wouldn't mind Bayley or Sasha eventually winning the womens title and we get that big match. At Summerslam would make it even more fitting(with it being in Brooklyn, and it was that very weekend a few years ago that they put on that insane match at Takeover Brooklyn)

Watching some stuff from 98, makes me hope that they do something like a "four corners match" at WM for SD tag titles. Maybe even make it an elimination match too. "Outlaws rule" in effect too.

You have Usos,New Day, Bludgeon Brothers as the main 3, and then others like Ascension,Breezango,Gable/Benjamin who could compete for that final spot.

He was asking for a match online. The Rock suggested Kevin Hart, Stephen Amell wants no part of Rusev. I wonder if we'll actually get some Rusev celebrity match?

Am I the only one who's fully expecting every single title to change hands? And also authority figures to be fired?

Angle has to be fired after going up and likely beating HHH and Steph. Shane probably gone once the Owens and Zayn feud is done. And now Bryan cleared to return, so he can leave his gm role.

Man I would love to see Sasha and Bayley get their 1 on 1 match at Mania this year. But I just can't see it happening at all. There is not enough time on card for it, IMO. You already have 11 matches confirmed (after tonight's inclusion of the CW title match) and 2 more that WWE is in the process of booking. And I can't see many matches where they will be under 10 minutes. I'll list the matches and you tell me how many should meet that standard whether it be match quality or due to storyline reasoning. I'll give mine in ().

Roman/Brock: No
Angle/Rousey vs McMahons: begrudgingly yes
Aj/Nak: No
Charlotte/Asuka: No
Nia/Alexa: Yes (Have this be similar to Brock/Goldberg from last year. Nia squashes Alexa)
Women's Battle Royal: no
Andre the Giant Battle Royal: No (went 15 minutes last year for comparison)
Bar vs Stroman/TBA: No (but barely over 11/12 minutes)
Miz/Rollins/Balor: No
Roode/Orton/Jinder: Yes
CW Title match: No (give the CW a chance to shine at Mania, even though it's the preshow).

So I have 3 matches and that should be under 10 minutes for the ones confirmed. And for the other 2 that they are building both should be over 10 minutes, IMO.
