Huge fan of the game and sorry guys, don't mean to be annoying, but been reading through threads and wondering if someone could post the updated most complete roster they found for 16-17 season for me?

I think he ran into an issue while making the rosters that prevented him from adding everyone.

At any rate, incredibly grateful for the hard work that the fellas have put in over the years. I mean the game dropped like 10 yrs ago and for the vast majority of that time, gamers have been treated to very good roster update files. I think I dl'd this file but never got around to playing with them(life got very busy with work).

College Hoops 2k8 was a very good from the in game standpoint and just wish that there was an easier way for everyone to collaborate and make the updated rosters each year. So many conferences, teams, coaches and players. An incredible task for one person.

I have updated Ruud2You's roster from last year with all players who averaged at least 10 minutes a game or appeared in at least 20 games. All freshmen are named and returners are moved up a class. The only thing I never got to was ratings. These are the conferences I was able to complete :
Atlantic 10 (Also all teams currently in the conference)
ACC
Big East (Also all teams currently in the conference)
Big 10
Big 12
Conference USA (Also all teams currently in the conference)
MAC
Missouri Valley
Mountain West
PAC 10
SEC
WAC
and Gonzaga and Saint Mary's.

Now all I need help with is posting them in here. I have no idea how. I do use Modio to download rosters I'm just not sure of the process backwards. So any advice would be great. I'd love to share what I have so far.

It sounds like ShootinPutin80 had most of them done, but never got around to actually posting. ShootinPutin80 ... you still around? What happened with what you already had completed?

Holy crap guys!!!! Sorry I gave up hope on getting an answer on how to post my rosters so I stopped checking this thread. Was looking to see if anyone was doing rosters for this year and came across this. I WILL 100% TRY TO POST WHAT I GOT DONE ON HERE THIS WEEKEND, PROBABLY SATURDAY NIGHT OR SUNDAY. So here is where I was with them when I finished. First no coaches are done, second no ratings on players are done. But what I did get done was info and looks on players from the 2016-2017 year who averaged at least 10 minutes in a game and played 20 games. I did this because I was using Ruud2You's roster set, with permission, and would run into the dreaded "no more room for edits". So I limited to who matters. The teams I have completed are:
Atlantic 10 (Also all teams currently in the conference)
ACC
Big East (Also all teams currently in the conference)
Big 10
Big 12
Conference USA (Also all teams currently in the conference)
MAC
Missouri Valley
Mountain West
PAC 10
SEC
WAC
WCC

So while these are incomplete I think I laid a good base. There are roughly 71 more edits allowed in this roster set before max capacity is reached. Now that I've started playing the game again I was going to try to get Sun Belt and Horizon conferences done.

Finally with that said, it is extremely valuable what Ruud2You and everyone else who produces rosters does. It takes a crazy amount of time and is tough to stick with to complete when living life. So mad kudos and THANK YOUS to everyone who attempts and produces rosters that are complete. My crappy roster set does not compare. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE DOES THIS YEAR'S AS A GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL.

Hello. Great job on the roster, but I have one problem. For some reason, the roster is the 15-16 roster instead of the 16-17 roster. How do I get the 17-18 roster?

My bad. I meant the 16-17 roster, not the 17-18 roster. I want the one with Malik Monk and Deaaron Fox on Kentucky, but the one that I downloaded from the link on this post was the one with Tyler Ulis and Jamal Murray on Kentucky.

I don't think the 16-17 rosters were ever 100% completed. I think this thread is the roster set I am talking about, but the person who was working on the 16-17 rosters hit the limit on the number of player edits that can be made. So every conference after the MAAC alphabetically won't have 16-17 rosters. That means SEC, PAC-12, etc.

Too bad my PS3 is broken. I would've gotten the game for that instead but I guess I'll just have to work with what I have.
