Am I the only one who isn't hitting HR at all? I've got 2 in 12 games since continuing my franchise. CPU has only 2 as well and nothing that hasn't been a "no doubt", camera shifting kind. I can't even get real exit velo either. Is it just a factor of the pitch speeds not being enough to get timed?

Power outage?
I’ve had no issues with power for either myself nor the CPU. We hit a combined 3 homeruns in our last game with Braun launching one into Big Mac land.
I think thru 5 games we have 6 homeruns as a team. Might be 7

I've hit only one homer so far, and that was in batting practice.
I let this slide in my RTTS file, because I made a Wade Boggs type that hits for average and OBP, lacking in power.
It could also be because my depth perception is really, really bad for some reason, even though both of my eyes work fine. Maybe it's the shape of my head.Comment

I am averaging 4 home runs a game either for myself or the cpu or both of us so far. Maybe toy with some sliders!

I was in the same boat. Couldnt hit for power to save my life when I first started. Power came though, just gotta keep grinding.

There really needs to be an increase in pull power and a very slight drop in opposite field power. When you mess with the power sliders as of now.. it does some other things ya don't want. The CPU seems to try and pitch around more.

I'm not hitting for much power either and I'm mainly playing on rookie and veteran doing Conquest challenges. Granted my team is weak to.start and the slower pitch speed is definitely throwing me offComment

To me it definitely feels like they nerfed the power just like last years forst patch. Which is strange because it didn't really feel like a problem this year. I am also noticing a lot of pulled balls are feeling softfly hit again. This was a huge problem last year and I hope they didn't accidentally break this. Still to small of a sample size but it definitely feels like the ones I am squaring up are not taking off like the ones I am late on. I am also noticing I am inside outing a lot of pitches that I have good timing on even if I am turning on the pitch properly with good timing in the feedback. Like I said only theee games in after the patch so small sample sizeComment

when you line up the PCI with good timing, you get XBH and HR. and that's how it SHOULD be.Comment

Something fishy is definitely going on. The two home runs I have hit since my last post both hit the top of the yellow line on the wall and bounced over, barely going out. What are the odds of that. Small sample size of course, but with that said something does feel a little weird with the power right now. I'm going to keep plugging away and see if it balances outComment

Seems basically the same to me so far.
Give it more time. Some games I hit several HR, some none.

....like I was defending the steroid age. There is a problem though. Power slider in the game is effecting pitchers throwing pitches. It was not like this in last yrs game. I could set the power at 6 and I could destroy by pulling. This year I set it at 6 and all I can do mostly is hit opposite field shots
