I wouldn't say Rose is an all around better striker...Joanna definitely has more variety to her striking than Rose. Rose is a better boxer for sure though. What we saw happen in that is Rose do a better job of managing distance and getting in and out quickly with combinations. She also has very unorthadox movement that I think throws her opponents off...you never really know when she's gonna come in or feint, so it keeps the opponent on their heels or baits them and it definitely worked on Joanna. As far as Joanna's stats i'd say a slight reduction in power could do maybe. She doesn't really have heavy hands. But her leg kicks could also use a boost or a perk like tree chopper or something. She has nasty leg kicks.
