I think you're mistaken, this roster is not meant be an all "99" rated roster I looked through this roster and it seems pretty accurate imo.

Sliders? Sliders are not apart of ratings, they are apart of the game however, if you would like to "change" your sliders you need to keep scrolling to right of your game towards the option button and look for the word "Sliders" this is where you can change what you think sliders should be.

Yea no I was thinking maybe he set the out fielders throwing ratings low because of the sliders he uses, but when I download it every single outfielder has single digit stats for arm accuracy, and strength. The highest rating I saw was Ichiro with 11 arm accuracy. Is this only happening for me I tried both versions that people downloaded n it's the same and also only for outfielders. Other the that these are amazing but like yea cmat really play like that.

Oh I think you might have downloaded the wrong one I do remember there being like 3 or 4 different rosters up there. What I did was first went to historic rosters by choosing the triangle button, then I hit the square button and I chose date and hit the square button to search. The only way to really judge if no one had rated is to judge by the time of the upload which is at the bottom right hand corner of the file. Or you can try and look for the highest rating, I was the third or 4th person to download it last night I rated the file and at that point it was 100% rating, not sure what it is now, haven't been on but hope this helps.

You are correct with Arm ratings in this roster being almost all in the single digits and mostly in the very low single digits at that.

Career Stats are accurate on the 2007 as well.
OF arms are lowered for sim stats and more realism.

I tweaked a few things, and now uploaded final version of OSFM 2007.
Check for my custom sliders as well.

I got over half the 1994 teams E/I to a roster file. These also include Full Service Time, and Career Stats, along with MILB. Going to use Phil's roster as base to exp/imp over. Still need to do some edits, and I may upload to vault as a WIP. This roster will also have custom sliders.

I stand very corrected when I looked at these rosters I was looking at the "overall rating" I appreciate you all and the creator of the files speaking up on this, I will grab the final edition. Thx.

Just a heads up for anyone interested, I'm still working a 40 man All Time set, much like the set that I've put out the last few years. I'm up to about 35 guys per team, but still have a ways to go.

I've also ported over my '89 set as well. I'm going to mess with the ratings a bit and then they will be up in the vault pretty soon.

PJSnell, your all time roster is the only one I used last year. The 1989 roster is still my favorite creation of yours. Any chance the Major League Indians could make the cut in the 89 or all time roster? I think I remember you creating them either last year or year before. Now that we have those jerseys gotta start another franchise
