I’ve picked up this game again recently and restarted my Hawai’i dynasty. We’ve been fairly successful the last few years but I’ve noticed that means every year our coordinators change. Is this normal for successful dynasties or just a coincidence?

There’s a good bit of change at coordinator. With my house rule to always have my playbooks match what my coordinators use, it’s important to stay on top of the coaching carousel stuff.

Every year. Unless you hire a coordinator who is 60 or over, if you are very successful, your coordinators are leaving that year.Comment
