I have searched google, reddit, and this forum and haven’t seen anyone with this issue. Or at least I haven’t seen anyone post about it.

I used form subs on defense, and noticed today that some of my nickel formations have players with 0 as their number. When I go in and actually call a play these spots are filled with my quarterbacks. I’ve tried switching books, resetting form subs, totally stumped.

Anyone seen this? Anyone know a trick to resetting subs?
