You asked about rosters on the PS4; I have several posted there. Here is the list:
M15: 1989, 1995
M16: 1986,1999
M17: 1975, 1989, 1993
M18: 1963 (only the NFL teams; no AFL or FA), 1987, 1994

All of the rosters are complete with at least some free agents renamed but the rest are lower rated. Expansion teams are CFL, WFL, USFL, WLAF players depending on the year. The 1987 roster is the strike year so strike players were used for the expansion teams and many free agents. The equipment is all accurate and the ratings may seem different at first, but they play great and sim well in CFM. There is a thread for each roster on here.
