What is your favorite thing to do in franchise mode?

I like to make NFL history--take a struggling team in a smaller market, relocate them, and rebuild the roster in my image. I'm an offline-CFM junkie, so I try to create a blitz/pressure heavy 4-3 defense with a balanced pro-style offense.

What would you like to see in the future, specifically for franchise mode?

I want to see the CFM guys give players a greater ability to be the "GM." I'd eventually like to see assistant coaches (even position guys) in the game, but the most important is roster building. I'd like to see a much deeper scouting process--both for potential draftees and for guys who are already in the as trade-targets or free agents. It would be awesome if we saw advanced metrics making its way into the game--spider graphs for player measurables, SPARQ scores, or even PFF-type grades.
