so am i going to get madden 19 trial early with ea access or did they take it away from me? the only reason i got access for the year was for madden trial early.if not i am not renewing it anymore.

To those who have or have had EA access did you run into any trouble when playing the game for 10 hours? What I mean is I already pre-ordered Madden digitally and if I get EA access I don't want that to mess it up or cause it to mess with downloading my pre-order when its ready.

Never had any issues. Ea access and the full Purchase are two different unlock keys. Both are the FULL game to download though. Only hiccup I could think of is having to is the "You are too early" message on trial release date. Turning off xbox, fixes it for me.

Just remember to CLOSE out of madden 19 completely

U should be ok. I remember having ea access for M17, and I pre-ordered. This allowed me to download the game BEFORE the trial started for ea access. Once the trial started, I had nothing to download and was able to start automatically.

If u don’t pre-order and only use ea access, u have to wait till trial start date to download, and it can take awhile as many others will be downloading then as well.

And, no, I had no problems with the 10 hours. It worked correctly, and then carried over when trial was over and game release date hit.

Yes, you will get access to Madden 19 on August 2nd.

Every year since EA Access has been available it’s been released for download the day before for some reason. I fully expect the trial to be available on August 1st at 7 pm ET.

It's probably released on August 2nd at 12:00 AM GMT time, which makes it 8PM ET August 1st. Amazon Prime releases new shows the same way.

Oh yeah. That, too. Once u start the trial, u absolutely must close the ‘app’ or ‘game’ of madden 19.

I was more making a point that if u pre-order, u will be able to download it like a week or 2 before u even have access to it. That way, the trial will already be downloaded by the time u can actually use it. If u don’t pre-order, u will have to wait until u have access, then download it (along with thousands/millions of others?), possibly taking a long time to download and u won’t be able to ‘play’ right away.

I think the memory I have of the download taking so long was for madden 13, though, lol, which was on the 360, so that was something slightly different. Ea access on Xbox one prob downloads the trial fast enough regardless of the amount of users, but u never know. That’s why it’s nice to pre-order, install early and then BAM, play the trial at midnight right when access drops!! [emoji41][emoji458]

Don't really feel like putting my CC info on there so was looking around and seen a month and a full year subscription to EA access on Amazon.com. Has anyone ever did that before? Just wanted to know if it actually works before I go ahead and get one.

If you purchase EA Access Code via amazon or ebay (I've done both) they don't take your CC information (I Believe) but you do have your profile from xbox live and if you make a EA Access purchase through the Xbox then they will use the card information on file. (It always prompt you prior to payment) But once you use your EA access code and it expires they wont automatically renew it. They only renew it if you purchase your code through the Xbox or Microsoft website because they set it up Automatic Renew if you don't change your settings. Its a great deal on games though. Plus I've had it for about a year now and you get to play a bunch of games and my Madden trials always seem to download once available. You have to make sure your Xbox power settings are set up to receive updates when off. Hope this helps

I have EA Access on Xbox but I have pre ordered Madden 19 at GameStop. Should I avoid ultimate team until I have the game or will I get all the players I had from the trial and get the pre order benefits.
