What is your favorite thing to do in franchise mode? Offseason functions (drafts, free agency, etc.)

What would you like to see in the future, specifically for franchise mode? Better work on contracts (ablilty to restructure current deals), weekly wrap up shows via NFLN or ESPN like 2k5 had. Coaching carousel like NCAA 14 along with OC/DC.

Console preference (PS4, Xbox One) I can do either a PS4 or XBox One code
