MUT 19 H.O.F. Legend Choice

For those who are pre-ordering the Hall of Fame edition, you are getting your choice of Terrell Owens, Brian Urlacher, Rod Woodson, Dan Marino or Terrell Davis as an upgradable Elite Legend. Who are you going with?

In last year's game, I was pot committed on Tom Brady since I am a huge Patriots fan. Unfortunately, that was perhaps the worst choice of the group considering I ended up using the Devin Wade card over Brady by the end of it.

Looking back, last year I should have gone with Deion Sanders considering the insane price tag of corners in the Auction House and his ability to double as a return guy is a huge help too. With that said, since secondary players are so expensive I'm leaning towards choosing Rod Woodson for my legend.

What is everyone else thinking?

QB Marino - going to be too slow
HB Davis - HB's are dime a dozen
WR Owens - there's some potential here if he's an early WR with Playmaker chem
LB Urlacher - typically a good zone LB so there's some promise and if his speed is nice could be a great early user
DB Woodson - early solid corners are huge...front runner for my pick...plus he's a physical corner who will be able to tackle and hit hard

If we consider team chemistry and we know we get an 89 Antonio Brown. I would consider going Rod Woodson and then picking LeVeon Bell from the Team Pack choice. I believe Rothlisberger is the introductory reward? This lets you starts your game with 4 Steelers players for their team chem, plus you could get more by opening Steeler team packs.

This would be the best way to secure team chemistry.

Figured with running being tough this year I'd go with TD to have a solid day 1 HB.

Only argument against that would be that it seems pretty easy to get solid HB's. Getting that 87 Shady from the Campaign isn't too horrible of a grind. 79 solos sounds like a ton but they are very quick solos.

Definitely Rod Woodson. Been building up my team during 10hr trial. Up to 74ovr and only spent $1.50 for a one time deal for one elite player lol.

I chose a 83ovr John Brown. I will NOT be spending money though! Well except the extra 20 for this HOF edition lol.

That 89 Antonio Brown is worth the 20 bucks imo! Him and John Brown paired up with my already have 80ovr Todd Gurley and I'm golden to start! Just need a better qb than Mike Glennon [emoji12]

A few reasons for this:

1) Decent corners are extremely valuable and cost a lot of coins.

2) Already have have depth at other positions offered:

a) WR - Elite AB and Team Captain Rice
b) RB - RP Barkley
c) LB - MUT Master Shazier and Loyalty Zach Brown
d) QB - There will be better options on the market than Marino, and he wouldnt be useful for long as this is the first position I normally upgrade.

3) You need to be 5 deep at corner so this card could potentially still be useful several months from now. I also have RP Ward so that's a good pair to start.
