Mine did. I backed in and out a few times and it eventually worked.

Off-topic, but is there anywhere you can see how much time is left on the trail? I've only played one online ranked match so far and I tried to search for the time. I think I'm just missing it somewhere.

Honestly, I just exit the game and restart it. That's when you are told how much time is left.

It’s happening to me also. Not sure why cause my subscription is up to date. Anyone have a fix?

Been having a similar issue. I finally just gave up and canceled my access account (which I signed up for this morning) and got my $5 back lol.

I had it happen once. I restarted the game and it was fine. Never had a problem since.

It has to do with your Network settings. Clear your alternative MAC address and reboot. U may have to delete your Wifi ssid, clear the alternative MAC, reboot. Also, a hard reset of the xbox (hold the button may help also).

for me i used different debit card then a different credit card and that worked and i have 2 credit cards and debit card and i got 30 hours of madden. I have more but 30 hours is enough, If you don't have extra cards i would think them
xbox cards would work.

Are you launching the game through the EA Access Hub app? If not, there's your problem.

When you first load the game something will pop up saying "You have X amout of hours remaining". As far as I know that is the only way to find out.

You can also see how much time you've played the game by highlighting the game from the dashboard, clicking "Go to Official Club" and from there you should find a stats page that shows exactly how much game time you've put in.
