There is no "mode" that does this. You have to install any logos, faces, and kits yourself. There's tons of add-ons you can download easily at

FM18 essentials" page which lays out links to what you're looking to add to your game
They have instructions on how to install them as well. For the faces, there's several different face packs, ultimately it's down to personal preference but I use the cutout faces megapack. Same deal with the logos, I've been using the TCM logo pack.
Kits are done by league, so if you want kits from multiple leagues, you'll have to download them separately. Installing them isn't too hard as long as you stick to the instructions provided.
