I've looked in to this, and the answer is....no.
But this is a 'Tendency' that gets given to them when you combine all of their ratings, and it is far too difficult to get the rating right without nerfing ratings.
To get someone like Trubisky from SCRAMBLING to BALANCED required changing his speed, acceleration, agility etc to completely unrealistic numbers, and I felt that was more detrimental than having their tendency correct.
